Aloft Syracuse Inner Harbor

Everybody was attentive and knowledgeable.

I was happy with hotel's favourable location near the big shopping mall. The staff members were incredibly kind and amicable. The room was well laid out on their own cardwith an exceptionally comfortable bed. The breakfast offered lots of good meals.

Nice location in Syracuse very close to Syracuse, a mega-mall amusement park and Destiny USA, Dinosaur Bar-B-Que, or the Rosamond Gifford Zoo. Airy and modern units with a walk-in shower, the bathroom, as example.

The location was marvellous, relatively close to Destiny Usa Shopping Complex. The hotel was an ideal place for enjoying a great area. Truly enjoyed their complimentary drinks, served in the in-house bar.

Would recommend for a short interlude

Clean hotel, friendly staff, with a spacious indoor swimming pool for relaxation after a busy day and convenient luggage storage to help manage your belongings.

The hotel's modern decor was a breath of fresh air. Everything was so fresh and clean, just like a lovely spring morning! The staff made accessibility easy with their helpful demeanor and attentiveness.

More comfortable seating options would be nice.

The Aloft Syracuse Inner Harbor was fantastic! The location was perfect, just a short drive to restaurants and shopping. The rooms were clean, modern, and had a fantastic shower. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

Parking is a bit odd, as it's across the street.

The homemade ice cream at the bar was a good surprise! Plus, snagging free coffee and fruit in the lobby is a fantastic perk. The staff was super friendly, it totally gives you that warm, fuzzy feeling.

On the flip side, dodging the bathroom light switch at night was a comedy of errors. And can we talk about the parking? A bit of a trek across the street.

The location is super convenient, just a stone's throw from Destiny USA mall. My teens loved the pool table in the lobby and the chilled vibe. The beds were comfy!

My kids wished there were drawers in the room for our clothes. It would be great if the hotel added some storage options for families.

I stayed in a corner suite with a harbor view. The setup was awesome, and the view was nice! The room was clean and modern, but I did hear some noise that was a bit annoying. It was also a bit of a trek to get to the room. Comfy but could use some soundproofing.

The location is fantastic, just a short drive to a popular mall where we caught a comedy show. The hotel was clean and well-decorated, and I appreciated how dog-friendly the atmosphere was. My only complaint was the water pressure in the shower, but overall, I had a great experience.

Modern, modern, modern

I loved how fresh and modern my room felt, especially with that fantastic shower that was super refreshing after a day of exploring! The location made it easy to hit the local shops and restaurants. The staff were cute. The indoor pool was a highlight, and I enjoyed chilling by the sun loungers after a swim!

The indoor pool was a highlight, and the room was clean and well-maintained with a comfortable bed. Staff were notably friendly and helpful. A slight downside was the parking, across the street. Occasional noise disruptions affected sleep quality and the Grab & Go options could be better stocked.

Aloft was a very nice, clean, and well-maintained hotel. The indoor pool was a hit, and our room with two queens was comfy and spacious. It's conveniently located near the 15-minute loading and unloading area. The staff stood out as particularly friendly and helpful .
